Fluidisation Produces Full Agitation Of Solid Particles And Since Each Particle Gets Surrounded By Hot Air Heat Transfer Is Extremely High And Uniform. The Product Is Dried Fast Without Appreciable Loss Of Heat. Filter Bags Prevent Particles Escaping From The Dryer.
